"I NEVER, for one moment in my life, believed I was ever going to be called beautiful". Juliana came to my studio and these are the exact words from her. She’s held that belief for more than 6 decades.
I have a feeling that she’s not alone.
Earlier this year, I embarked on a journey of challenging myself to “transform” more mature and wise women. Moreover, I want to keep an open dialogue about what contributes to what we believe of ourselves and what we are capable of in this world/lifetime and how our self-image impacts different aspects of our lives, such as relationship, career, health, etc.
